How do I cancel my order on Sastahai?
It is keep very simple to cancel the order if you have a change of mind. You can cancel by calling and WhatsApp us at 03051708750 or also can refuse to accept the delivery at the doorstep. The amount will be reimbursed if it is paid already once the identification of your order is marked as cancelled by our team.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The already-made payments will be refunded to you.
